Terms & Conditions — Book Dream Cab

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Book Dream Cab website and booking service, operated by Book Dream Fares LLC ("Book Dream Cab," "we," "us," or "our"). By searching, booking, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

Access to and use of this site is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or booking service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Renter eligibility

Renters must be at least 21 years of age; drivers under 25 may be subject to a young-driver surcharge at the counter.
A valid driver's license, held for at least one year, is required at pickup.
A credit or debit card in the renter's name is required as a security hold at pickup.

3. Booking & payment

Prices shown at the time of booking are estimates based on the vehicle class, location, and dates selected, and are confirmed at checkout. Taxes, airport concession fees, and optional add-ons (child seats, additional drivers, fuel options) may apply and will be disclosed before payment is finalized.

4. Cancellations & changes

Most reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after this window, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one day's rental. Date and location changes are subject to availability and may affect the quoted price.

5. Vehicle use

Vehicles rented through Book Dream Cab may only be driven by the renter and any drivers listed on the rental agreement. Vehicles may not be used to carry passengers or property for hire, to tow another vehicle, in any race or contest, or outside the continental United States unless expressly authorized in writing.

6. Liability & insurance

Rental vehicles carry the minimum insurance required by the state of pickup. Optional protection products (collision damage waiver, supplemental liability) are offered at the counter. Renters are responsible for damage, loss, or theft occurring during the rental period, less any protection purchased, in accordance with the rental agreement signed at pickup.

7. Disputes

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be governed by the laws of the state in which the applicable rental location operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
